General Bid Information
|The City of Newnan is a government entity and tax-exempt. We are located approximately 35 miles SW of Atlanta, GA. Please contact the Accounts Payable department at 770-254-2351 to obtain a copy of our tax exempt certificate and W-9 form, if needed.
All individuals or businesses who conduct business with the City of Newnan will be required to submit a W-9 form prior to obtaining payment for services rendered or purchases made by the City. Here is the link for the W-9 Form for your convenience. Please complete the form and email it to Accounts Payable at firstname.lastname@example.org, or fax it to 770-254-2353, Attn: Ginny.
Bid packages are located under Business/Bids and may be printed for use by vendors wishing to submit proposals or bids for the open items listed. Hard copies of RFP's or Invitations to Bid may be picked up at or requested from City Hall, 25 LaGrange Street, Newnan, GA. The telephone number is 770-254-2358.
Bids submitted after the stated deadline will not be accepted. No exceptions will be granted.
An Invitation to Bid is not to be construed as a contract or as a commitment of any kind; nor a commitment of the City of Newnan to pay for any cost incurred in the submission of a response or for any cost incurred prior to the execution of a formal contract.
