Planning Commission Submittals

Submittal Deadlines

Submittal dates are firm. Projects submitted late or not officially accepted by staff before the deadlines noted herein will be delayed until the next appropriate Planning Commission meeting. 

Planned Development Submittals

  • Sketch Plan: Must be officially accepted by staff on or before the 15th of month for the next regular meeting in the following month.
  • Phase Plan/Preliminary Plat: Must be officially accepted by staff on or before the 15th of month for the next regular meeting in the following month.
  • Project Plan: Must be officially accepted by staff on or before the 10th of month for the next regular meeting in the following month.
  • Site Plan: Must be officially accepted by staff on or before the 15th of month for the next regular meeting in the following month.
  • Miscellaneous PD Requests (Entrance Plans, Signage Plans, etc.): Must be officially accepted by staff on or before the 15th of month for the next regular meeting in the following month.
  • PD Variances: Must be officially accepted by staff on or before the 15th of month for the next regular meeting in the following month.
  • Final Plat: All final plats are approved by staff.

Conventional Submittals

  • Rezoning: 10th of month for the next regular meeting in the following month.
  • Preliminary Plat: 15th of month for the next regular meeting in the following month.
  • Final Plat: Approved by staff.
  • Proposed Changes to Zoning Ordinance: 15 days before next regularly scheduled meeting.
