Group Insurance Program
Health, Dental and Life insurance are offered for all full-time employees and their families.
The City provides $50,000 life insurance at no cost to the employee.
Optional Insurance Program
A variety of optional insurance coverage including short-term and long-term disability, supplemental and dependent life insurance and vision care are available at group rates.
Regular full time employees are enrolled in the City's Retirement Program following one (1) year of employment. Costs associated with the program are fully funded by the City. Information regarding vesting, retirement eligibility and worksheets for calculating a monthly retirement benefit can be found in the Retirement Handbook.
Paid vacation leave is available following six months of employment. Employees earn vacation leave based upon their tenure with the City.
All full-time employees earn ten (10) days of paid sick leave each year.

City employees are eligible to become members of the Coweta Cities and County Credit Union.
